Service workers are the backbone of our society. They feed us, clean our spaces, and put their bodies on the line to make sure we are safe and healthy. We should honor them.

Procrastination is the fear of success⊠people procrastinate because they are afraid of the success that they know will result if they move ahead now. Because success is heavy, carries responsibility with it, it is much easier to procrastinate and live on the âsomeday Iâllâ philosophy

One of my 2023 goals is to be biased toward action. Less creating Google docs, less buying domain names, and creating content plans.
More doing.
đ COMPANY: CalorieCoach AI
Iâve always wanted to track my calories and fitness. But, Iâm lazy. I donât want to open a spreadsheet or app 3 times a day to enter in what I ate and lifted.
Think of all the time you waste entering your fitness and nutrition each day - 15 seconds opening the app, 1 minute remembering what you ate, 2 more minutes finding the correct product, and then another 4 minutes inputting your workout. Thatâs 7+ minutes 3x a day, everyday.
Now, AI is automating data entry and formatting. And Calorie Coach is doing it for nutrition.
Hereâs how it works:
Calorie Coach asks your age, weight, gender, and goals to understand your daily calorie needs
Whenever you eat or drink something you text 325-225-6743 (thatâs 325-CALORIE) with a short description of the food or drink
Thatâs it.
The guy who made it is Joe Heitzeberg and so far the service is free.

Other Calvino Facts:
He began all his writing sessions with one single image. Nothing more, nothing less.

He started his writing career focusing on politics and international policy after escaping Mussoliniâs fascist army and siding with the Communist Resistance
Later in his career, he focused on writing fantasies and fables. His writings had a huge impact on the post-modernist movement.
